The Four Elements
Learn in-depth through discussion and practical/experiential application, the significance of the four elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, and gain an understanding of how to harness and integrate their spiritual properties for everyday healing. The energies of the four elements have been utilized for centuries, dating back to pagan societies, and as part of Native American and other cultural tribal beliefs. Many of us use these energies today and don't realize it. The healing properties of the four elements are universal and can be used by anone regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs!
In this interactive workshop, we will discuss and particpate in techniques to increase these healing elements in our lives, and you will be given practical exercises to integrate these concepts to help you understand each individual element. The application of the following elemental aspects will be addressed:
- The Spritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical significance of each element
- Meditation and body awareness exercises
- Feng Shui principles and symbology
- Chakra Balancing and healing through color, sound, crystal, and essential oil therapy

Monthly Healing Circle
Conscious healing and energy flow is powerful in numbers. There is always crisis and suffering somewhere in the world, whether it be in our own homes, or in a foreign country. The intention of this group is to share and send loving-kindness energy and blessings to those in need through the power of united group meditation, chants, and affirmations. We will focus on the influence of distance healing towards those in need, whether strangers elsewhere, or those immediately close to you. As we send healing thoughts to others, so too, do we heal ourselves.
