Emotion-Focused Body Therapy (EFBT): 60 Minutes - $85 90 Minutes - $110
In each customized session you will experience a blend of techniques designed to give you maximum benefit. The focus of these sessions is to work on physical and emotional issues through the use of therapeutic massage and other integrative healing techniques, including; aromatherapy, sonic entrainment, guided meditation, crystal healing, reiki and energy work, and eastern bodywork.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi: 90 Minute Session - $110
This is a spiritually based, ancient healing art that derives its basis from nature (such as the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water) and an understanding of the human body as a whole, complete being, with actual massage as just one of its many components. In this massage, you will feel like there are many hands working on you at once, with its flowing and rhythmic, signature techniques. It is said to have been used to help someone gain a better understanding of his or her life's purpose, but is more often described as having been practiced within the o'hana (family), passed down from generation to generation, and administered as part of one's health regimen to sustain balance and promote healing on many planes. Not only is this a highly nurturing session, but it also physically and emotionally detoxifying. For some, the "feel-good" affects of a Lomi Lomi massage can last for days, encouraging an elevated mood, and increased well-being.
Essential Oil Treatments: 60 Minute Session - $110
Using Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils is a foundation for promoting
optimal health. Essential oils have been known to cleanse and rebuild
the body after stressors such as trauma, chronic fatigue, use of
prescription medication, and bodily abuse such as overeating or
over-exertion. Rebuild your body systems to optimum health! Essential oils, nature's first medicine, can strengthen your resistance to illness and gain emotional control.
Traditional Raindrop Treatment - The theory of raindrop
treatment uses therapeutic grade essential oils along the spine and
feet to detoxify the body on a cellular level. Bacteria and viruses lie
dormant along the spine causing inflammation, illness and spinal
misalignment. The essential oils used kills these toxins restoring
health and vitality.
Emotional Raindrop Treatment - Therapeutic grade oils are selected by the client and therapist for a customizable body/mind/spirit detoxification.
Zen Shiatsu and Acupressure: 60 Minute Session - $85 90 Minute Session - $110
Shiatsu is an eastern form of bodywork that is based on Chinese Medicine Theory. Chi is universal energy that runs through subtle energy channels in the body known as meridians. When chi becomes stagnant within these channels, it disrupts the flow of energy causing emotional and physical imbalances. Using steady pressure with the palms along the meridians assists in the movement of chi to help bring the body back into balance. The added use of acupressure, or finger pressure on a specific acupuncture point, further tones or disperses energy blocks by targeting different ailments or conditions. This type of session is recommended for anyone who is not comfortable undressing for a session, but prefers hands-on pressure. It is a clothed session, and also includes some light passive stretching.
Couple's Massage Instruction: 90 Minute Session - $195
This is a private instruction session for couples who wish to incorporate intimacy in their relationships through non-sexual touch. Each person will learn how to give and receive a clothed massage, concentrating on the back, head, hands, and feet. Basic techniques will be shown, as well as a general understanding of what to do and not do regarding giving a safe and comfortable massage.

These packages have a specific focus and are only offered as a package.
The Seven Chakras Package: 7 Sessions, 90 Minutes - $700
Chakras are energy centers in our bodies that govern different aspects of our being. The seven major chakras are situated along the spine. When one or a few of them are out of balance, you may find yourself emotionally toxic and unhealthy. There are several ways to work with the chakras specifically to help bring your energy into alignment. In this package, each session will focus on one or a few chakras, depending on what you aspects of your life you are trying to remedy. This is essentially an Emotion-Focused Body Therapy session with an increased focus to specific chakras, and more emphasis on reiki healing. Those who have used this package have reported dramatic changes in their lives, as well as greater clarity in achieving their goals.
The Four Elements Package
This package was designed to highlight each of the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, that form the basis of a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. Each session will focus on one element more in-depth by way of massage techniques, guided meditation, and even the type of music chosen. There are two options offered for this package:
